We produce many kinds of high quality products including Apetite Cappuccino brand.
We have offices and warehouses in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi. All of our sales staff and technical staff have been training in Belgium, France, Holland Denmark and Singapore.

SK FOOD TECH LTD. was established from 1995 and is owned by Vietnamese & Canadian partners. Our company is specialized in food ingredients & food machinery and technology transfer for customers in the food processing industry. Section 1: FOOD INGREDIENTS
We are the exclusive agent for a range of firms producing Food Ingredients including:
• Corman (Belgium) – AMF butter, specialty butters, fat blends
• Intercontinental Specialty Fats ISF (Malaysia) – specialty fats, shortening for confectionery, bakery
• Fuji Oil Asia Singapore – Cacao Butter Subsitute CBS

The machinery and ingredients divisions complement each other well. Information about upcoming projects and new product ideas are traded between our sales people. In many cases we have supplied equipment and ingredients to the same customers as a full turnkey package.
Our customer list includes all major players in the Vietnamese food processing industry: Vinamilk, NutiFood, Kinh Do, Asiafood, Hai Ha, Trang An, Duc Phat, Acecook, Huu Nghi….

In addition, we have a production plant in Ho Chi Minh City where we produce:

• Vermicelli confectionery.
• Bread improver, under license with technical and brand of “Unipan” from AB Mauri from Belgium.
• Formaggio Cheese processing: our OHA a delicious spreadable cheese based on a Danish recipe and produced using technology from Stephan of Germany. OHA cheese, with its creamy taste is best used for cream fillings in sweet buns, sandwich breads and many other bakery products
